• Your contact telephone number

• Any additional information you choose to provide

We do not collect sensitive personal data.

• Respond to your enquiry

• Contact you regarding participation, attendance, or related updates

If you provide a phone number, we may contact you by phone, text message or WhatsApp in relation to The Lookout project only.

The form is hosted via Google Forms. Information submitted through the form is securely stored on our personal company G.Drive.

We remain responsible for how your information is used.

We process your data based on:

• Your consent when you voluntarily submit the form

• Our legitimate interest in organising and managing The Lookout project

6. Data Retention

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to manage the project and related communications and may add you to a waiting list.

Should you wish to be removed from our database  waiting list then please contact us requesting your information be deleted.
