A vibrant area specifically for those looking for a professional environment at a lower price point, allowing creatives to work alongside established professionals in a supportive, high energy setting. Price: £100 per month, per desk.
The focal point for informal exchange, featuring a bespoke kitchen area and comfortable seating designed to facilitate community and collaboration. Access: Included for all members.
A large, walk, in cupboard measuring 2300mm by 1440mm, providing a dedicated solution for those needing extra room. This space is fitted with extensive shelving, making it an ideal secure location for long, term equipment storage or physical archives. Price: £75 per month for the entire cupboard.

We are operating the Lookout on a community interest basis and as such can offer individual desk spaces at £150 p/m, this will include: business rates, internet, utilities, and parking (on a first come first serve basis due to limited # of bays).
